All service plans require advance payment as agreed upon at the time of engagement. Payment terms are as follows:
We aim to deliver all automation setups within the agreed timeline, typically 48 hours to 2 weeks depending on project complexity. Timelines are communicated during the onboarding process and may vary based on client responsiveness and requirement changes.
All custom automations, workflows, and configurations built by iAutomate.in remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their business operations. Resale or redistribution of our work is not permitted without prior written consent.
iAutomate.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, Razorpay, etc.).

Important: Advance payments made for a 3-month (quarterly) or longer billing cycle are non-refundable. By opting for an advance payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that such payments will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
